About Jamie
Jamie Moraga is CEO of Franklin Revere LLC, a consulting company.
Previously, she was President and CEO of intelliSolutions, inc., then a woman-owned small business established in 2006, until it was acquired in 2022. She spearheaded the company's merger and acquisition process from initial discussions to successful closure within an eight month period, managing non-disclosure agreements, assessments, due diligence, negotiations, and contract execution.
A dynamic CEO with 18+ years in the military and defense space, she specializes in small business development, strategic planning, and M&A leadership. Jamie has proven success in founding and growing a company in the NAVWAR marketspace, and is an expert in mentoring small businesses, driving business development, and leading complex M&A processes. She has been recognized for her industry leadership and contributions to corporate advisory boards.
She is a Past President and Advisory Board member of the San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC). Jamie served for many years as a Board member of the San Diego Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and NDIA Board of Directors in Washington, DC.
In addition, Jamie is a LEAD San Diego graduate and a weekly contributor to the San Diego Union-Tribune’s EconoMeter column. She has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal for their “San Diego 500” Top Leaders list; “40 Under 40” by San Diego Metro Magazine, and the Daily Transcript as one of the Top Influentials in the San Diego defense industry.
Jamie received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of San Diego.
