This book exists to motivate, inspire, and encourage current, aspiring, and future female leaders—offering real stories, hard-won lessons, and practical wisdom from women at every stage of the CEO journey.

I am the CEO of Franklin Revere LLC and a recognized leader with nearly two decades of leadership in the military and defense sector. 

Drawing on my experience as a founder and CEO who guided a woman-owned business through a successful acquisition, I specialize in business growth, strategic planning, and cultivating collaborative relationships that fuel organizational success. I serve on corporate and community boards, was the 2014 President of the San Diego Military Advisory Council, am a featured contributor to the San Diego Union-Tribune’s EconoMeter column, and have been named to the San Diego Business Journal’s 'San Diego 500' Top Leaders List.
